The award process involves a comprehensive assessment designed to gather detailed insights about the employee experience. Employees participate in an anonymous engagement and satisfaction survey, consisting of approximately 77 statements, along with open-ended and demographic questions. The survey is distributed directly via email, ensuring honest and candid feedback. After analyzing the data, Best Companies Group ranks participating organizations and provides a detailed BCG EnGauge Dashboard—a valuable benchmarking tool that compares company performance against other top employers in the region.
