Goal Structured Solutions (GS2) is pleased to announce that The FAQS Student Loan Program has recently added the University of Rochester’s Simon School of Business for the 2012/13 academic year – the second new school enrolled in the program in the last 45 days.

The FAQS program enables schools of all sizes to establish or expand their global footprint, build or enhance their brand overseas, and recruit and retain the best and brightest students from around the world by providing international students with the financing for their college education through a program supported by best-in-class student loan providers. By removing the financial barriers for these students, the goal of advancing their education can be achieved.

According to J.C. Stevens, the Executive Director of Finance and Operations for the Simon School, “The FAQS program provides a solution to the financing need many of our international students face, both new and existing students. FAQS is able to help deliver loans to talented international students when no other financial resources may be available.”

“The University of Rochester’s Simon School is one of the key universities participating with FAQS this year,” remarked Kevin Moehn, the CEO of Moehn Management. “Over 50 percent of Simon’s students are international, so the program will help fill a critical financial need.” “We are excited to see the FAQS program gaining traction among all segments of higher education, public and private with varying levels of need.” said Ken Ruggiero, the President and CEO of Goal Structured Solutions, the FAQS Program Administrator. “We believe FAQS offers the most complete and sustainable financing solution out of any options available to international students desiring to study in the US.”

“UBS is proud to be a part of this innovative program,” said Carl Jackson, Executive Director at UBS Securities LLC, the placement agent for the program. “We are equally proud to have a leading business school like the Simon School involved.”
