Goal Solutions is proud to announce its selection as one of the “2026 Best Places to Work in SoCal” by Best Companies Group, a distinction the company has now earned for five consecutive years.

The program applies a rigorous, data-driven methodology to evaluate organizations throughout the Southern California region. Each participating company undergoes a two-part assessment: an in-depth review of workplace policies, benefits, and programs, paired with a confidential employee survey. The Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Survey contains more than 70 statements, along with open-ended and demographic questions, giving team members a structured channel to share honest perspectives on their day-to-day experience at work.

Surveys are distributed directly by Best Companies Group through individualized email links, preserving the anonymity that encourages candid feedback. Results are then analyzed to determine rankings, and each recognized organization receives access to the BCG EnGauge Dashboard, a benchmarking tool that allows companies to measure their performance against other top-tier employers across the region.

“Being named one of the Best Places to Work in Southern California for the fifth consecutive year is a reflection of the culture our employees and leaders have built together,” said Stacey Johnson, Senior Director of Human Resources. “We know that a great workplace doesn’t happen by accident. It requires ongoing investment in our people, a commitment to listening, and a focus on creating an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and connected to our shared success.”

Goal Solutions remains dedicated to the programs, practices, and values that earned this recognition in the first place, and to strengthening its reputation as a standout employer across Southern California and the broader United States.
